Yousr Filali
Assistant to Portfolio ManagerYousr joined GADD Wealth Management in 2006 as Assistant to Portfolio Manager for a group of managers and their clients. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales in Geneva, and developed thorough technical expertise in finance and banking within HSBC’s bond-coupon department in Geneva. She speaks fluent French, English, Italian and Arabic.
Cristofer Gelli
Managing Partner, CEO, Chairman of the BoardFounding Partner of GADD Wealth Management, and the company’s strategist. Under the GADD name, he has developed Argos Funds since 2002; they have been managed since 2005 by QUAERO Capital, which he also founded and chairs.
Cristofer graduated in economics from the University of Lausanne (HEC). He began his career in 1980 in the portfolio management department of Banque Scandinave en Suisse in Geneva, where he gained a vast experience of all areas of private banking, and was appointed to the bank’s Investment Strategy Committee in 1986. Cristofer has served, or currently serves, on the Board of a number of professional associations and investment and pension funds.
Maxime Grange
Middle Office & ReportingMaxime has a degree from EGC Savoie, and a Master 1 degree in Finance from a university in the Paris region. He joined GADD Wealth Management at the end of 2014 to take charge of the company’s software for client portfolio management, control and reporting, having previously worked in the discretionary management department of KBL Richelieu Banque Privée in Paris.
Quentin Courivaud
Analyst, Middle Office & ReportingQuentin holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Markets Finance from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises of Grenoble (France). He joined GADD Wealth Management asset management team at the end of 2014, to work on the analysis, administration and reporting of the company’s recommended funds investable universe, and to develop an interactive database.
Armand du Pontavice
Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Portfolio ManagerJoined GADD Wealth Management in 2013 as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), in charge of investment strategy and asset management.
Armand holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Paris, and is also qualified with the SFAF (French Association of Financial Analysts). Since 1984 he has pursued a career in private banking and asset management at Lazard Frères, Demachy Worms and Vernes in Paris, Banco Safra in Luxembourg, and then, for 12 years, as CIO of Jawer SA, an independent legal and financial advisory company in Geneva.
Andrea Manghi
Managing Partner, Head of Business DevelopmentJoined GADD Wealth Management in 2012, and became Managing Partner in 2013, in charge of business development strategies and the company’s positioning.
Andrea graduated in business administration from ECADE in Lausanne in 1978. He gained extensive experience with Merrill Lynch and Amtrade, where he held business development responsibilities, and as a strategic adviser to European corporate and private clients at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (Suisse) where he was a member of the Executice Committee. He also has strong expertise as an independent asset manager, having co-founded two private wealth management companies since 1994.
Séada Fathouni
Office Manager, AssistantSeada joined GADD Wealth Management at the end of 2014, taking on the mission of welcoming visitors, managing the company’s event planning activity, ensuring the smooth functioning of the premises, and performing various administrative tasks. She holds a CFC certificate as retail commerce manager and a secretarial diploma, and also has experience in sales.
Arcadio Mir
Portfolio ManagerJoined the GADD Wealth Management team in 2004.
Arcadio graduated as an engineer from Ecole Polytechnique Fédéral de Lausanne (EPFL). He initially worked in the industrial sector in 1982 with ABB and Digital Equipment. He worked for Darier & Cie Private Bankers and Credit Suisse as a portfolio manager for an international private clientele, with executive management responsibilities. He is an active member of a number of Boards.
Manfredo Radicati di Primeglio
Portfolio ManagerManfredo joined GADD Wealth Management in 2013, and is in charge of private management and development of a group of private clients.
He graduated in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan. He began his career as a financial analyst and institutional manager at Schroders in London in 1992, in charge of European equities research from 1996, then moved to the group’s private banking sector in 1999. He moved to Switzerland to work for Julius Baer in 2001, and has been an independent asset manager since 2003.
Franco Seguso
Member of the Executive CommitteeFranco is Swiss national with over 30 years of combined experience in various financial institutions in Geneva and Milan, and at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He graduated in Political Sciences and Economics at the University of Geneva in 1982. After a 5-year period with Credit Agricole Indosuez in Switzerland and Hong Kong as head of Private Banking, in 2002 Franco ventured to set up a fully independent multi-family office in Bangkok in order to provide families and individuals with a platform that combines macro-economic knowledge with a broad range of financial services and asset management expertise. Franco has been collaborating with GADD Wealth Management and QUAERO Capital since 2014. In 2018 this cooperation has evolved into an integration of forces and a complete alignment of objectives, and he has become a Member of the GADD Wealth Management Executive Committee.
Raphaël Widmer
Chief Operating Officer (COO)Raphael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), and an MBA from the University of Lausanne. He began his career in the IT department of a French bank based in Lausanne, before joining UBS in 1987, where he gained wide-ranging experience in retail banking, operations and management.
Michel Girardin
Independent consultantMacro Strategist
Renowned for his vast expertise in economics and finance, Michel Girardin is an independent adviser at GADD Wealth Management. In this role he provides analysis and detailed economic forecasts to provide support for the investment policies of the company. A lecturer in macro-finance at the Universities of Geneva and Lausanne, Michel Girardin has over 25 years of experience in roles as chief economist and head of investment strategy in the Swiss banking sector. In 2012 the magazine Bilan listed him as one of the 300 most influential figures in Swiss economics. Michel Girardin has a doctorate in Economics from HEC Lausanne, the business and economics faculty of the University of Lausanne, and an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Rolf Bertschi
Independent AdvisorWith the benefit of over 35 years of experience in the field of technical analysis and behavioural finance, Rolf Bertschi assists GADD Wealth Management in its decision-making on investment policies and investment strategy.
Rolf Bertschi joined the research department of Schweizerische Kreditanstalt in Zurich in 1980, initially as a fixed income analyst. In 1982 he moved to equity research where he covered various US stock market sectors. In the year of the crash in 1987 he became a student of the Elliott Wave Principle. He built up the technical research department within Credit Suisse investment research and was one of the first promoters of chart analysis in Switzerland. He undertook extensive studies in individual and crowd investor behavior and became a student of the Trend and Momentum approach. In 1997, he became Director of Global Technical Research and Strategy in Credit Suisse Private Banking. In 2006 he was promoted to Managing Director and was appointed Member of the Credit Suisse Investment Committee. Through his outstanding financial market prognoses he became recognized as a leading global financial market timing expert and financial market opinion leader.
Since his retirement from Credit Suisse in December 2016 he has been an independent Financial Market Advisor. He is providing technical investment advice to private and institutional clients and continues to publish his state-of-the-art publication, the Global Chart Outlook.
Esther Dos Santos
Accounting and Finance OfficerEsther worked for GADD Wealth Management from 2007 to 2013; back at the end of 2018, she is in charge of accounting and finance. Esther is a graduate of HEG, Geneva (HES) and has completed her apprenticeship at Lombard Odier & Cie. In addition to her mandate for GADD Wealth Management, Esther is managing partner at Domaine Château du Crest in Jussy.
